We shall contact you to confirm your reservation. If you do not hear from us within 3 days, please call.

Payment

In order to keep guest fees low, we regret that credit cards are not accepted. Guests are requested to pay cash at check-in.

Check-in

Guest check-in times are between 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm Monday to Saturday, at the reception desk.
Your reservation will be canceled after 8:30 pm.
We regret we cannot accept check-ins on Sunday.
International guests must present a valid passport at check-in. We are required to retain a photocopy of your passport details for the duration of your stay at this hotel.

Check-out

Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Please clean up your room and return your room key to reception by 10:00 am.

• Your room must be in original condition when you leave. We appreciate your cooperation. Any guest items left in the hotel will be disposed of at guest cost and an additional fee of 2000 Yen will be assessed.

Cancellation / Changes of Reservation

Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation or changes to your reservation, prior to your scheduled arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of your payment is due for short or no notice.

• For group reservations of 10 or more guests, please give notice 1 week in advance of changes or cancellations.
